I was disappointed to be chased for payment, even before I had registered the death of my Mother. On the back of this, I would not recommend using this provider again.

We were very pleased with all of our dealings with Grantham Funeralcare (Co-Op), nothing was too much trouble the service was very well prepared and coordinated and the conduct of all staff at all times exemplary, we were even offered to be taken back home in the limousine despite not including this in the service which was an especially nice touch.

From the initial meeting Sandy of Co-op funeral service was  so helpful, we wanted a tribute style for my partner of 35 years, and was recommended  Katrine Hudson to be the lady to lead the ceremony, through out this lady engaged with all my family , keeping everybody hearing our tribute to my darling Peter Wright. Everybody said how wonderful that such a sad time, was managed with some personal songs. I had made the flowers for the top of the coffin in silk flowers,  this was the last thing I could do for him. Thank you to all the staff, who made us  all feel the love for us.

Made the difficult task of planning a funeral easy. They were very respectful and helpful with all aspects including giving information and beginning the process while waiting for a coroner to complete there process.
Very responsive when it came to communication and even did a check in the next day.
