Fantastic service from start to finish, Helen Chambers who looked after mums funeral was amazing and made us feel at ease during this time of sadness. The 3 ladies who bought my mum to crematorium were excellent and helped the pall bearers to carry mums coffin. The guy who did the celebrant duty was great and everyone said he was really good and enjoyed his eulogy. Over all I would recommend co-operative funeral service 10/10.

From the first day the Co-Op funeral care  staff were excellent compassionate, very supportive, I wouldn’t have got through it without them . I struggle to remember names ,I remember Jody, and Stuart the Celebrant. All the details were spot on.
    The service was emotionally spot on , and everyone said how well it was done, 
They did Malc proud in every aspect.

The funeral went exactly as planned. There was a lot of back and forth as there was a change in staff that left Grantham very short staffed but they managed very well given the circumstances. There was only one mistake that was kindly corrected. The hardest part is probably getting ahold of someone in the office but the staff have been very good to us and we are grateful for the sendoff for Jessica. There are a couple of items that we are waiting to be finalised but understand that staff are stretched at this moment in time.
