Everyone was really respectful and helpful, understanding how emotionally distressed we were to be arranging the funeral of my husband and dad to James. Nothing was too much for them or any question too silly. Thank you Mary & James

We choice Gainsborough co-op for mums funeral, as they did our dads just over two years ago. In both cases they listened to what we wanted, but obviously in the current circumstances we couldn’t give mum the send off that we gave dad. Katie was brilliant and was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. I would recommend them to anyone

    My dad passed away in June 2020. They treated dad with great respect and were very professional and sympathetic when speaking with the family. I spoke to several members of staff during the time up to the funeral and I couldn't fault them, nothing was too much trouble. I would like to thank everyone at Lincolnshire co-op for all of their help and kindness to the family during this difficult time

    Once we’d sorted out the Co-op versus Lincolnshire Co-op debacle so that my dad could go where he’d wanted to go the team at North Street were fantastic. Carla, especially, deserves a special mention. She is just the perfect person to be a Funeral Director. Her empathy and compassion helped to lighten the load during difficult days and she looked after dad very well. The whole team were marvellous, and I can’t praise them enough. Thank you all!

    The coop funeral service did a brilliant job with my husbands funeral, the pall bearers were very profesional and accommodating.
