From the moment Edward walked into our home, I realised that all my fears of arranging a funeral for a very special person in my life would be dealt with sympathy, care, and consideration of what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, even though my thoughts on The Order Of Service were complex. The whole process from start to finish was excellent, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

From collecting my husband from the hospice my husband was treated with respect. I made all the arrangements with Edward who was kind and understanding, he kept me informed about everything. On the day of the funeral everything was perfect. I have my husbands ashes at home now in a beautiful urn, this was also all arranged by Edward. I carnt thanks the Wallice family enough for everything they did for me at such a sad time . I would 100% recommend them .

R Wallace & Son recently acted as funeral directors for my late uncle.

From the moment they arrived at his flat through to the funeral ceremony itself (and since) the service we have received was first class – professional and personal. Nothing was too much trouble and the service they provide goes way beyond their duties. There were one or two unusual requests we had and they made sure that they happened!

I cannot recommend them enough - there is a reason that they are so popular in this area!

A special mention for Edward, whom we primarily dealt with. He is a credit to the family business and the industry.

R Wallace & Son Ltd Crowle helped make the whole process of organising my

Uncles funeral very easy and kept everything running smoothly. They

suggested different types of ministers and then recommended certain ones.

They suggested a local florist as we lived a distance away and made it

easy for us to drop off and pick up different things. The communication

was also very good with prompt replys, occasional calls and use of email

and texts was welcome as sometimes it was overwhelming to speak. Their

service was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Funeral directors aren’t really something you want to recommend to anyone, but sometimes you have to, and we as a family cannot recommend Wallace’s high enough.  From start to finish and beyond, the service has been incredible.  Edward was brilliant, he made everything a lot easier for us to deal with, he couldn’t do enough to help us in so many ways, even after the funeral was over, his personal attention was so good and he showed so much compassion to us all.  We cannot express how grateful we are to Wallace’s for everything they did and for making this very hard time easier to cope with, we will always remember how caring you were to us all, we would highly recommend you to anyone who finds themselves in need of an excellent funeral director, Thankyou for everything

Its always impressive to see someone who is naturally great at their job, so it was a gift that we found Edward to organise everything for our Mum. We received excellent support from Edward from our first enquiry, throughout all the planning stages and then compassionate care from Stuart and his team at the funeral services. Edward worked tirelessly to co-ordinate all the planning of the Church service, the committal at the Crematorium and the refreshments at the end of the afternoon. He was able to offer advice and answers to every question we had and kept us up to date every step of the way. We were supported on the day of the funeral by Stuart as Edward was on holiday. We could not have asked for better service.
