I wanted to say thank you. You all did an amazing job. I can't say thank you enough. From meeting you on that morning at my nana's house you made everything so easy and we were able to have all the things that we wanted without any stress. You were so friendly and professional. The order of service was beautiful, the flowers were amazing and the music was perfect.

We are all so grateful.

Thank you so much for your kind compassionate caring attention- you enabled us to have the service we wanted, it helped that the celebrant Julianne worked with us to have a servicde that was not overwhelmed by grief but that enabled us to remember our father with laughter and love
The funeral directors kept in touch constantly and guided us through the process with no rush, no hard sell and gave us the funeral we know dad would have thought was 'fine'.

At a time of great distress for the family, R Wallace & Son provided us with the support we needed and took over as much of the organisation of events as anybody could, enabling the children to concentrate on the job of supporting our Dad, the dedicated partner of our dear, departed mother for over 75 years. They provided a single point of contact, Edward, who must have had a difficult task of coordinating the communication with the  three sons and is obviously electronically savvy. He organised and informed us of everything, to our wishes and responded quickly to our requests. His kind reverence for our mother was noteable and there was never a hint of impersonality in his dealings with us. It was as if he knew the family, which indeed, being a long established company, his father did. The actual ceremony, which was conducted in a celebratory style, progressed perfectly, from beginning to end and was, as everybody voiced, an incredibly moving and fitting tribute to Mum. Nobody wants to have to call on the services of a  funeral directors, but we all do eventually and, when that happens, I can think of no finer Company I would recommend than R Wallace and son, without any hesitation. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

David and I couldn’t have wished to be looked after so well by Mr Stuart Wallace abd his two sons.    Everything was just perfect. The service you gave was excellent with care and sensitivity.  Thank you so very much. We couldn’t have wished for it to be such a wonderful day. Even though it was a very sad occasion. A wonderful service received from Edward and the team. Very open and pleasant to deal with at a difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole funeral went without a hitch and could not have been better. As a family we found Edward and his family very supportive, insightful and helpful with arranging mum's funeral at such a difficult time. It was comforting to know that mum was in good hands, nothing was to much trouble and they were at the end of the phone whenever needed. We would also like to thank Tim Abraham who has also been very supportive before and throughout the service and gave a very moving and personal eulogy.

The personal touch from Edward and his family was exceptionally professional but with the added personal touch. The advise and empathy shown and given from start to finish  was truly first class, we couldn’t have done it without them, especially due to the awkward sad situation. we were left with. They did Albert Reed aka CHEDDAR proud giving him a dignified send off not forgetting  Julianne who gave an emotional and personal eulogy, Everyone commented how beautiful Chedders funeral was. I would highly recommend  WALLACES FUNERAL SERVICES  CROWLE to anyone unfortunately  having to  organise the passing of a loved one. Thank you so much again Edward and family xxx

A wonderful service throughout Wallace family so supportive.love edy,Ryan & Stuart rest of staff for lookg after mum so well. Heart breaking saying goodbye to mum yet Wallace family helped us with respect and shared our happy memories of my wonderful mum who lost her battle with cancer yet fought all the way. Edward i just wanted to say .. As a family we all commented how truly sincere and professional , and also sensitive you were in dealing with the difficult task of arranging my late fathers send off. You were too , very friendly , and had a lovely caring nature , in that it enabled us to feel relaxed with you in ensuring we got everything just perfect. 
You had the patience of a saint and were always on the other end of the phone whether in working hours or after. Nothing was too much trouble for you. 
So on behalf of us all I would like to say a very big thank you for everything you did to make it a ‘special’ day for my father. A day he would have been truly proud of.
