Jo was Very compassionate, explained everything about the process, kept me informed along the journey and nothing was too much of a problem.  Paul was also very professional and explained his side of the ceremony. Would recommend to anyone

At a sad time, Jo at your Brigg office could not have been more helpful, kind and sympathetic. Everything the Funeral Plan offered was explained and ancillary services were offered but not 'pushed down your throat'! All in all, under the circumstances, the whole procedure was a pleasant experience. And this includes the recommendations of the celebrant, Graham Wallace, and Jackie, the person who made sure it happened as it should on the day. Thank you.

The first appointment at the Brigg office was held in a very compassionate and professional manner. I did have a couple of communication issues with regard to information that was not passed on by email or phone, so had to ask my sister to chase as I was flat out at work. Though I am pleased to say that the Funeral itself ran smoothly and professionally from the Funeral Director and the Celebrant and at the end of the day that is all that I / we could of wished for.
