Alan and the staff at the Cooperative Funeral home could not have been nicer and they did my Mum proud. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure all my wishes were carried out.































































































The funeral Zone website is beautiful
and enabled friends and family a place to leave
messages
and tributes. I can not thank them enough.

Very nice service however I offered to pay extra mileage for my Mum to be started from a different location but it was not allowed due to the package I had chosen. I thought his might of been a nice little touch on your behalf and made me feel a little better. I was also a little disappointed in the fact that I had to wait over a week to see my mum. However my mum looked really nice when I did come and see her so I can’t fault the company for that. Overall it was a lovely service and I would recommend these. Many thanks

The funeral of Pamela Mills, 15/1/18.
It is a daunting prospect to organise a funeral and I was concerned that I might do something wrong or leave something out. Instead, on the day, the funeral went brilliantly and everyone was delighted and said how smoothly it went.
Alan, my funeral director, was truly excellent. He explained everything, including the details of flowers and about coffin sprays. Poor mum would have had a plain coffin if I had not been told how the coffin could look! Instead it was beautiful.
On the day Alan and the attendants were wonderful. The cortege to the Chapel and placement of the coffin was discreet and so efficient. It was raining so the burial, which i was dreading, could have been horrific. Instead it was beautifully done. The whole thing had also made me realise how helpful it was that mum had a funeral plan so I knew all her wishes!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you did for me and my family.

All the aspects of the arrangements were carried out perfectly. Alan, the Funeral Director, arranged everything as we asked and, especially, his liaison with the person officiating at the service.
All the actions performed by his staff, in the Crematorium, were carried out with great dignity and respect.
Albeit a difficult time of year to arrange a venue, for food and refreshments following the service, he was able to find somewhere that provided all that was needed.
I am grateful to him for all that he did.

Excellent services throughout, Alan gave full explanations of everything and did not push for "extras".
Slight hiccup with the hearse having a puncture but dealt with efficiently.
