Alan was a very nice gentleman, who looked after myself & sister from start to finish, with true compassion and respect, we visited our mum in the chapel of rest she looked beautiful and at peace, all questions we asked were answered and a truly beautiful service given by Alison Ashton thank you to all who were  involved

Not having arranged a funeral before I didn't know what to do. The Co-operative Funeral Service at Boston, Lincolnshire immediately took that worry off my hands and gave me full confidence that my wife's funeral would be done the way she wanted. From the time they collected my wife from home to the time the curtains closed at the crematorium they were friendly, considerate, sympathetic and totally professional. Everything was done smoothly, quietly and with proper dignity and respect. I strongly recommend the Co-operative Funeral Service.

All arrangements leading to the ceremony were smooth, clear and sensitive to the circumstances.
Our final viewing was quiet and peaceful.

Although initially I was interested in the online facility of the funeralzone website, I regard the T&C's far too biased for content and intellectual use in their favour, thereby giving up our rights of control.
I did not use the online service.

I don't have issue with appropriate online advertising, only the intellectual property rights.
Regrettable under the circumstances.

Alan and his team provide a warm and compassionate service helping the bereaved feel comfortable and in safe hands. They were patient and kind and took time to explain things.
From the initial contact to plan the funeral right through to the completion on the day of funeral when they dropped us off at the wake everything was done with care and attention to our wishes and very professionally.
I cannot thank them enough for making what was a very difficult occasion into wonderful memory of the celebration of my husband's life.

The Boston COOP were so helpful in arranging Peter's funeral. I dealt with Alan who was brilliant throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and the funeral was faultless. The family were comforted by the attention to detail and the respect shown for Peter. i would totally recommend the COOP to all my friends and family.
