At a very difficult time, having never dealt with these circumstances before, from the initial meeting to the cremation was made easy. The compassion shown by all staff, either in person or on telephone was wonderful.

Special thanks to Julie at Mablethorpe for helping us out so much with the arrangements, Suzie at Alford, for supervising the visit so well and for keeping the small urn that my sister in law fell in love with, and lastly but not least Andrew, who is obviously, "The Man In Charge of it all"

Your caring approach to your work and attention to detail is second to none and was much appreciated.

Thank you, to the pallbearers at my brother in laws funeral and all the supporting staff too, who obviously work behind the scenes and who we don't see when arranging a funeral.
