I cannot thank you enough for the way in which you dealt with Mum's funeral. Particular thanks go to Trevor and Tricia who guided us through the planning with kindness, sensitivity and compassion. All the members of staff that we encountered were gentle, caring and sincere and the whole process unfolded in a calm and efficient way. Richard Ward provided an excellent service and it was a nice touch that going from the church the Funeral possession was walked up the road past my mums house before going onto the crematorium which was something we had'nt discussed but they had done a review the day before and offered this at the church.
