The initial conversations with Loughborough Funeralcare where positive and everything was possible. However, after they have received the body and payment, the service and communication nosedived. I was unable to get anything sorted as I had requested and have been left deeply upset and traumatised by their handling of the matter. Avoid at all costs.

The only thing that we would comment on was that there were no cards left for people to fill in to tell us who had attended the funeral.

Also no communication facility for donations through the Co-op funeral care to chosen charity.

We had excellent care and I am sure Dad would have been very pleased.

In such a sad time - Co-op Funeral care we’re absolutely brilliant and supportive and professional. Jill the funeral arranger at Loughborough was fantastic and looked after everything to make sure my dad was looked after and also arranged for the team to wear blue ties on the day. Nothing was a problem all questions answered and dignity and respect was received. 

Jill and the team were all brilliant and I know my dad would be happy with the quality of service he received and on his behalf Thank you 🙏

The service provided by this wonderful team was exceptional. Their attentiveness is second to none. They made us feel welcome, at ease and helped us plan our final farewell to perfection. They went above and beyond the call of duty for us and we cannot praise or thank them enough. I only wish there were more stars they definitely deserve more than five! Dream team.

Everything worked perfectly - explained each step of the process and were easy to contact with questions. 

It was the personal touch of always dealing with the same person (Jill) that made the difference.

The bearers on the day were superb. 

These things are never going to be enjoyable, but you made a difficult day a lot easier.
