Level of service was acceptable. Am partially deaf so had to correspond by email most of the time. Had to request that emails not be sent to me with smiley emojis. Didnt feel appropriate at such a sad time.

The telephone number for Loughborough branch usually diverted to central office. I experienced calls cut off and misdirected more than once.

Was sadenned today on receipt of husband's ashes. We were told they would be provided in a decorative scatter tube, instead his remains were in a paper bag in a grey cardboard box. Not pleasant.

Reasonable and adequate service but a few minor blips would make me think twice about using them again.

Arrangements were everything we asked for and more, the celebrants eulogy for Dennis was spoke as though he knew Dennis well, it was so personal and warm, friends and family commented on the  celebrants  portrayal of Dennis, highly recommended.

It’s been an extremely difficult time for myself and family but Melissa and her team went out of their way to help, reassure and support us. It’s been invaluable. 
The care taken of my dad was incredibly respectful and done with dignity, upon seeing him in your chapel of rest I was taken aback at how well he looked. 
The staff on the day of the funeral were amazing, easy to talk to, answer any and all questions we had and gave my dad a wonderful send off.

One of the mourners remarked of the funeral itself "it couldn't have gone any better" and I agree, it couldn't.
But I'm particularly grateful to the funeral directors for their help and support with the arrangements. There was the added dimension of the deceased being brought from the outskirts of London and of my own health being poor.
