Dimonds buried my mother in 2019 and my father James was to be buried in same plot. Dimonds phone me up to ask where it was. I said I was surprised they called and that they should look on the church website but they even had to phone the priest to ask and he directed them to the website and then he still had to them show how it worked. When Dad's body came to the funeral home his body still had socks on and underwear. I was asked whether I wanted them or not, you can probably guess that I did not. Please use some discretion in these matters. I also had sales people phoning me up from Coop trying to sell me stuff. Dimonds were asking me for proof of funds in Dad's account when they should have contacted Nationwide directly, which they did in the end. On the day of the funeral the Dimonds' people were fine.

At a very difficult time, Tina,Sue and all of the staff at Dimonds helped to make Dads funeral just how he would have wanted. As a family we felt very cared for and Tina was always there at the end of the phone. So all I can say is thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything!

The gentleman, Trevor, who helped organise Mum’s funeral could not have been kinder . Everything was managed for us. 
On the day Tom ensured things went to plan just as we had asked and Mum had requested in her funeral plan. Even the flowers sliding off Mum’s coffin made us smile as Mum would have thought it amusing . 
Having a co op funeral plan helped enormously. Both Mum and Dad had them and Dimonds were used for both funerals . It was a very good experience for Dad and an even better one for Mum . I would highly recommend Dimonds to anyone

Trevor at Dimonds who arranged the funeral was very professional and approachable.
The day went without any hitches and the family felt that our aunts wishes were honoured.

The funeral itself was fine,but having to contact Dimonds time and again to get things done, was ridiculous.
The order of service change I requested, was never processed, I asked for an estimate for a headstone,just after the funeral, but I am still waiting.
