We cannot praise Co-op enough for their handling of my mum's funeral. Their consideration, organisation & communication was second to none. We mainly dealt with Amrit, who was professional, knowledgeable & extremely helpful. She helped guide us through the planning stages & the day itself with the utmost consideration. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

The whole experience of the direct cremation of my dear Dad was made so painless by the Co op funeral care staff. They were there to lend a hand on filling out any forms and today, a week after the cremation, I got my Dad’s ashes back from the local funeral parlour. Much more of a personal service than I felt other companies were offering for a direct cremation, which has allowed us to remember him in our own way as a family.

Unfortunately we lost our
Mum a few weeks ago and our world was turned upside down -without the help and guidance of Anna (our funeral arranger) from Co-op funeral services in Ashton, Preston I don’t know how we’d have got through the funeral.  She guided us through each step, was patient and kind-never rushed us into making decisions, and most important of all she treated my mum with care and dignity while she was in the room of repose. Anna put us together with a celebrant (Leisa Jayne) who was nothing short of amazing and she gave my mum the most beautiful of services. Everyone at Coop Funeral was so respectful and kind from the minute we contacted them-thank you.
