Tracey was lovely and very welcoming, she was great at supporting myself through the process, Liam who we hired as a humanist speaker was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect at the burial and the wake, hope to never need either again but would go to them straight away if I ever do.

I was delighted with everything about the funeral service and the level of care I received from the staff in the office and from the funeral director, Graham.

My only dislike was when I rang the contact centre in the beginning and I felt like I was talking to a call centre and that the person didn't really care. I put the phone down and rang again and spoke to somebody else who was much more sympathetic and empathetic.

Other than that I would very highly recommend the Co-op Funeral Care service and I was very impressed with Tracey in the office at Westgate, Morecambe.

When My darling wife ,Marion ,passed way on the evening of January 11th ,we immediately contacted  the funeral service as we had made provisional arrangements,
The care team arrived in due  course ,and  were very compassionate ,and caring , they cared for ,and prepared her for removal to the funeral home,
The  lady funeral director. Ms, JoanneLogan  came ,the next day, and was so caring ,and compassionate, and the funeral was duly arranged,

It was  agreed that  we would have a celebrant to conduct the service on February the 2nd,
 After a few days the celebrant Mr Michael Brabin  came and we planned the service he also was very compassionate,
in  due course we were very to visit  Marion  ,at the Westgate  funeral parlour,
To say our farewells which as agonising,

The dreaded day arrived ,and we all attended the service. which was  very moving,
 and everyone who attended said, how beautiful it was,

     My daughters Fiona, and Davina, and I wish  to thank ,
      Ms ,Joanne  Logan ,and all the funeral team who were magnificent in their. handling of the event, Also M r Michael Brabin  who conducted the service in such a caring way ,

The service we received from the Co Op funeral care at Westgate was outstanding, Tracy (and Karen as she was covering the Westgate branch on our first visit) was so supportive and thoughtful throughout prior to Dad coming into her care until his final journey and afterwards, nothing was too much trouble, she was so understanding and knew just what to say and do. Her approach made the whole process as easy as it could be. Gordon, Glen and the rest of their team continued the fantastic service on the day of the funeral, once again they were willing to go that extra mile to ensure all aspects of the day went smoothly.
As a family we'd all just like to say thank you to everyone from the Co-Op funeral service who supported us during this sad time

Our funeral arranger, Tracy, was amazing, very patient and very accommodating. We felt our Nana was treated with respect and dignity and we were aware every step of the way. I cannot speak highly enough of the people involved in our beloved Nana’s final farewell. The only issue we had is that we had over 3 weeks to wait before she could be laid to rest, I’m not sure what caused the hold up but it was not pleasant for our family.

Coop provided a professional and caring service. There were some communiction issues between Coop offices (Westgate, Morecambe where the contract was signed, and Dovecot, Liverpool, who handled the cars, coffin and at the service), but all our wishes were taken care of and everything we wanted to happen, did happen. So overall we were pleased with how Lynn's funeral went. Thank you.

We found the service provided by Morecambe poor. Due to lack of communication, family having to liaise rather than Morecambe. Unable to have the tailored unique funeral you advertise. 
We also dealt with Relphs in Bolton who were exceptional in supporting. But the experience with Morecambe in arrangements and providing choice of music / picture we choose was very disappointing and upsetting at such a sad time. We believed the hassle would be taken off us not the case

The funeral was well organised and all the staff I met were very polite and helpful. The hearse and cars were silver which made us all feel a bit better than if they were black and morbid. Staff in the westgate branch were excellent in getting me through from start to finish. Thank you

Co ops funeral care staff were exceptional and professional from our first meeting right through to the day of my Dad Pauls funeral service. Tracy in the Morecambe office was caring and sympathetic making us feel at ease guiding us through everything that needed to be arranged. On the day of our Dads funeral Tom and his colleagues were all professional, reassuring and caring making sure that everything ran smoothly. Tom’s level of care on the day of the service was excellent making a very difficult day just that little bit easier. I would highly recommend Co op Funeral care
