Sarah, from St Annes Funeralcare, provided an exceptional personal service and help after our recent bereavement.  
We are very thankful that Sarah took charge of all the arrangements giving us time as a family to grieve over our Father.  Sarah went up and beyond and much appreciate her comforting words and advice.

Great service received from all involved.
Sarah was my first point of contact who was very knowledgeable and sent me the links detailing what I had to do and in what order, which was greatly appreciated.
Debbie visited the elderly gentleman I support at home & was very professional & caring whilst discussing the arrangements.
Everything ran very smoothly from the start & I appreciated all the updates and help that supported us thru this sad time.

My dad passed away recently and he had a plan with co-op funeralcare. The moment St Anne's funeralcare took him into their care they were very professional, respectful, and considerate. Treated my mum with great care and the funeral organiser was truly remarkable. She organised the whole thing from start to finish, giving you all the choices that were available for the various elements of the day. Communication was continuous throughout to ensure all details were covered. She was very supportive, kind and generally a very nice lady. I could not of wished for a better send off for a truly deserving dad.

Can’t praise this Funeral Company enough. Sarah - so empathetic, caring, compassionate,. Nothing was too much trouble, whatever we asked and whenever we went to see her.

On the day - Debbie ‘paged’ from Dad’s house to his Care Home in the pouring rain, then from there to the Prom. Every Coop team member portrayed so mych respect for oyr late mum, it was so touching. The Order of Service was the very best we’ve ever seen. 
The whole experience has promoted me and hubby  to start a Funeral Care Plan.
Thank you Coop team, first class service all the way. Great send-off for my dear Mum .

We lost dad at Christmas, I can't recommend St. Annes funeral care enough. We have felt supported and cared for throughout the process. We felt confident that dad would be cared for and treated with respect.

Floss was a great help with the arrangements for my Dads funeral. She guided us in the arrangements as we needed to move Dad to the Walkden branch for the burial. She organised everything including the grave deed transfer. She was very professional but at the same time expressed such compassion, at a very sad time. I would highly recommend St Annes Funeralcare.

The funeral was dealt with efficiently, compassionately and professionally from start to finish. The staff at St Annes Funeral Care were outstanding. They treated us with care and respect, and their advice helped us greatly when making choices and decisions. As a result of our experiences with the staff at St Annes, we are intending to arrange our own funeral plans in the near future.
