at the most desperate time of my life, having lost my mom, they were here for me. they looked after my mom at all stages to include collecting her at 2am in the morning as she left this earth, looking after her, showing the utmost respect at all times, allowing us to visit her in repose, right up to the day of the funeral. i cannot fault their professionalism. they made our day just that little more bearable. i am so glad i chose to use Brethertons Mckenna during the most stressful time of my life.

Very satisfied with the overall experience. Very good communication and support. They took the stress out of what was a very difficult time. Really appreciated the suggestions of personal touches (being able to choose the colour of lining in the coffin to coincide with husbands love of Preston North End and the PNE ties worn on the day of the funeral) - things I hadn't even thought of.
I would definitely recommend.

We arranged the funeral for my husband several years ago so everything was sorted. The team there, Lisa, Chloe, Sue and Steph the funeral Director acted with immense professionalism from start to finish and we’re all compassionate going through the finer details. The communication was second to none and they really looked after us all and of course my Husband. On the day of the funeral the horses were dressed in their finery and looked amazing. The drivers of the hearses were professional and everything went without a hitch. Would I use Brethertons again? Yes without a shadow of doubt. This was the third time I have used them in the last three years. So to sum up my review; if you want amazing service and the best send off for your loved ones no matter how simple or fancy then definitely contact Brethertons. We will be forever grateful to them.

We couldn’t have asked for a more caring and respectful service for our lovely Mum.  Nothing was too much trouble right from our first contact.  They were professional and efficient whilst making us feel comfortable at what was an incredibly sad time.  I feel like I should be able to  name one particular member who was exceptional,  however ALL of the team were exemplary in their conduct.
