Honestly the funeral was beautiful. Thy totally understood what we needed as a family. I received great suggestions and support almost daily from the staff. They made the process smooth and you can see they geniunely care about what they do. I will be forever greatful to them.

Having never arranged a funeral before, they made the entire process as simple as possible for me and I didn’t need to worry about anything. All of the people I communicated with were very respectful, kind and helpful.

I cannot express enough how wonderful Steph Kerry and Janine at the Chorley Pall Mall Branch were with the whole of our family - they could not do enough and nothing was too much trouble for them. They took on everything and made a very stressful and upsetting process easy for us to handle informing us regularly about the process. The funeral itself was excellent spotlessly clean cars / smart coffin bearers and the walking out of the hearse from our home was beautiful (if you can call it that). The Celebrant Mike was brilliant and the service was very relevant and thorough to my husbands life. I have nothing but praise for everyone involved in the whole process and thank all for their kindness and support throughout our dealings with them and would gladly recommend their services with confidence.
