My husband was treated with respect, and advice they gave was practical, a heart breaking experience made easier by little touches wearing the same ties as the family and poll bearer’s,  nothing  was to much trouble.

We had outstanding care from start to finish. Janine was amazing and extremely thoughtful in leading us through the whole process and considering all out needs. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral Alan and Steph were fantastic and so very respectful and such lovely people to chat to and they put us at ease with everything. I can't thank them all enough for giving my Gran the most perfect send off, it was a very special celebration of her life of 101 years. Thank you so much. Lisa Bond xx

The staff helped to make the process of arranging the funeral easier and treated my dad as a person to the very end and to the staff that helped us on the funeral day it's self I cannot thank them enough you made a very hard time more bearable by assisting discreetly and with respect

I would like to thank everyone at Co-op Funeralcare. Everyone was helpful and understanding. They explained everything about the funeral and answered all my questions to my full satisfaction (no half answers). I have a funeral plan in place but I am looking to change to Co-op Funeralcare because of their high level of care and attention to detail.

It is the second time in the space of two years that i have had to call on the services of Co-op Funeral care, I can only say i was extremely happy and impressed with the service they offered, the staff are very considerate and nothing was too much of a problem for them,they kept me up to date on what i needed to do and showed immeasurable consideration to myself and my family in what was a challenging time .
