The overall service was excellent and the staff were amazing, very supportive and helpful. However, the preview format for the order of service is confusing and difficult to follow, especially when you are upset and not thinking clearly. Although I had emailed the contents for the order of service, an entire hymn was omitted and we had to have an A5 insert put in each one as there wasn’t enough time for a reprint.  Not ideal when you want everything to be perfect for your love one as it’s the last thing you can do for them.

The preparations were made easy, their prompting of things to remember was helpful, and the on-the-day professionalism was spot on. I have asked for help with arrangements twice now with Burnley Funeral Care and they have been absolutely outstanding both times, in putting both family members to rest. A massive thank you to June especially and to all the staff working hard to make sure everything goes well with services and arrangements in theses difficult times. If you need to make arrangements, and you need somewhere with professionalism, and who have empathy and a genuine need to ensure everything goes well on the day, there are none better.
