The staff were very supportive throughout and treated myself and my mum with respect and care. I was allowed time to talk through my feelings and my wishes were followed consistently. I didn't feel pushed into doing anything I didn't want to.

The staff , manly sue, was very attentive to my sister and myself, neededs right throughout the whole process from before dad was in their care' right up to after everything was over,

I would highly recommend their services to anyone who wa thinking if doing a funeral through the company ' as over 10yrs ago Co-op did a beautiful funeral for our mum, couldn't fault the people or the service they gave .

Funeral Ref No F47182-30467 This is the 3rd Co-op funeral that i have arranged over the past 10 years this one was by far the best.
The Cleveleys team made the whole process very easy.
Dan Townsend is a very good communicator and explained each step by phone and followed it up with an e mail so that everything was very clear and easy to understand.
He would also send e-mail prompts letting me know when to do things and by what date, such as uploading photo's for a slideshow.
He was able to arrange the service for the date that most suited us and also booked an excellant Celebrant John Bentham to take the service.
Also Gordon (surname unknown) when the funeral car arrived at our hotel to collect us he was very calm and reassuring putting us at ease, he even phoned us the day before to explain the order of events for the funeral.
All of the Co-op funeral care staff were friendly, interested, caring and genuine which helped so much at this difficult time.
I would definately recomend the Co-op funeral care service.

The service on the day was very good. My only issue was that mums coffin did not arrive till the day before her funeral as there were delays at the factory. We had hoped to go and visit mum but our only option due to the delays with the coffin was to go on the day of the funeral which wasn't ideal as it didn't leave us much time.

THE CARE ALL OF YOU SHOWED TO MY WIFE AND MYSELF WAS SECOND TO NONE THEY REALLY LOOKED AFTER US WHEN MY MOTHER IN LAW PASS AWAY NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE THEY SORTED THE ORDER OF SERVICE OUT FOR US IT WAS FANTASTIC EVERYBODY SAID HOW NICE IT WAS SET OUT MY MOTHER IN LAW SPENT TIME AT CLEVELEYS AND THEN WENT TO NEWTON LE WILLOWS FOR A SHORT TIME WHERE HER FAMILY THERE COULDGO AND SEE HER AT ALL TIMES THE STAFF WAS REALLY KIND AND VERY THOUGHTFUL THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH THANK YOU AGAIN

Excellent the planning and funeral was impeccable all the staff were 1st class and very understanding .Mentioning Tom,Dan & Joanne especially. The only slight hiccup was when we collected the ashes the lady dealing with us,don’t know her name was not of the same calibre .

From the moment we walked through the door dan was brilliant so nice and caring and helpful nothing was to much trouble made organising my mum's funeral a little bit easier and my mum's funeral was perfect all your staff was very respectful and helpful service was nice would recommend the co op thank you so much from me and my family

They were very respectful and caring with the care of my husband. Also, very compassionate and helpful to the family. Would have been excellent if a cloth heart matching one I held had not been lost. They did place another one with my husband but it was a different colour which defeated the object of us having one the same colour as my husband. They were very apologetic about this and did try to resolve the situation. They really were very helpful prior to and during the funeral and the arrangements went very smoothly. Cannot thank them enough.
