Perfect from start to finish
Caring and compassionate. Nothing is too much. Trouble understand that’s a very emotional time. This is the second funeral with this company and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We were very grateful for the kind, attentive, service provided by Sue and Dan from the Co-op branch in Cleveleys. Thank you.

Sue took the time, in the end a short time before we lost Kath, to understand our needs, run through the various options, and also make sure that her final wishes would be respected. We felt in control of all the arrangements and under no extra pressure. The branch took care of all the arrangements, point to point.

Their care and diligence, including to the small details, such as a reassuring phone call, running through and checking the plan, made a very difficult time just a little easier for us to cope with. Dan continued this work in the time between the passing and the funeral, and following up on next steps.

We would happily recommend the service to you, should you need to use them.

The whole process was dealt with diligently and in a timely fashion. The help and support offered was very welcome at such a time.

The funeral director Sue was vey helpful on the day of the cremation going through procedures in a well mannered and helpful way, and because of this the whole service went well and stress free. Many thanks to all involved, Miss Thompson would have been very pleased with the efficiency of the team as a whole.
