Trevor and the team at Bispham Road were caring, considerate and so chilled. We had a few complications with paperwork, yet they were never flustered or impatient, they just said, "everything will be fine". And it was - we had a lovely family day, celebrating the life of our Mum.

The limousines used were beautiful and the driver’s and director were so smart and respectful..
The perfect way to celebrate the life of my late 96yr old mum.

The co op provided an excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble and the funeral director followed our instructions to the letter, keeping us informed of the progress regularly. The order of service sheets were perfect, the flowers were just what we’d asked for, and the minister led the committal beautifully. A perfect send off for a very special lady. Thank you all so much.

Appreciate all the very attentive care and service we received, particularly on the actual day of the funeral. We thought that the staff and the vehicles were impressive, particularly when they opened and closed the car doors for us and also when they bowed their heads when my Mum was near.

The music system at the crematorium was excellent. Likewise, the organ at the church. Sacred Heart proved to be a very good church for the church service. The church is lovely, not to mention impressive. Canon Dewhurst (I kept calling him Father!) had a lot of empathy. It all made for a memorable day.

Dealing with the death of my Dad was tough and I turned to Coop Funeral Directors for help with the funeral. The service was incredible from Christine helping us planning the funeral. Nothing was too much trouble.
Jonathan, the celebrant delivered a beautiful service. Everyone commented on how personal and what a true representation of my Dad.
Tom was exceptional, on the day everything ran smoothly and he was supportive.

The funeral of my late Aunt was carried out with dignity and true devotion. The preparation of the funeral with Christine was excellent. She approached it with due care and attention and a special thanks to those who prepared my Aunt's body for burial. The funeral directors at the Church and the grave-side were especially dignified. Thanks to Graham and his team for making the funeral feel special.
