From our first contact with Tom to the day of the funeral which was 3 weeks our choice ,the standard of service provided by all the staff in particular Christine was caring and compassionate whilst my wife was in their care the funeral and service at the crematorium went smoothly and I would not hesitate to recommend my grateful thanks to all concerned.

The Co-op team have been a wonderful help to me and my family and with their guidance and support, they made my husband’s final send off the most beautiful funeral I have witnessed. Every detail from the flowers and the order of service as well as the respect and dignity my husband received while in their care was absolutely outstanding. Saw Thomas and Joanne they put us immediately at ease very understanding helped us on a couple of issues which we didn't know how to deal with, very sympathetic and made this trying time easier to deal with I had a bad experience 3 years ago when my mum passed so I was dreading having to find somewhere and the 1st place I went is here can't recommend them enough thankyou and very appreciative of there help Stephanie

We had Mrs S Stanton and everyone at the funeral home at Bispham Rd Blackpool Co op organise my mums funeral 7 years ago and they were very respectful and kind throughout the whole distressing process so when my father sadly passed away it was with complete confidence that we again went with Bispham Rd Co op. We were really glad we did as again through the whole process we were treated with kindness and compassion. Our parents were very special and it was a comfort knowing they were treated with dignity at the end. Would confidently and highly recommend them.

I was fortunate enough to have a very close friend at Co-op to take care of my mum once passed.
I personally would not fully trust anyone else! 
I also highly recommend because I know that under Co-op care mum was treated with dignity and respect.
A very person-centred approach from start to finish. Answered any questions I had honestly and kept me up to date regardless of the time of day. 
Every detail was noted, any feedback was taken and adjusted to our requests. 

I can not thank you enough Debbie Black and team! You made the most difficult time of my life so much easier with your care and support. Despite the circumstance it was a very positive experience.
