Hannah looked after us and showed us a lot of sensitivity throughout the process of planning. She has ensured every detail of the funeral was in place. 
On the day of the funeral the Warings team were professional throughout and we cannot thank them enough for their support.

I cannot thank the staff, especially Hannah, for the dignity, respect and understanding they showed at the funeral of my beloved Isabel. From the moment of asking them to conduct the funeral, I received help, advice and sympathy unmatched by any other funeral director I have dealt with in the past. I would more than highly recommend their service without exception.

The service we received from Jonathon and Hanna at Grimshaw Park Funeral Home was beyond exceptional, all their efforts contributed to lessening the pain we felt at the loss of my dear wife Christine, especially on the day of the funeral.
However we felt the wait we experienced to be able to see Christine, due to your lack of facility's for embalming in Blackburn were she died, and transporting her to Preston and back, as distressing. Furthermore we are now experiencing a further wait as you have failed to keep an adequate stock of the urn we have requested for her ashes.
So to sum up we would say that the Coop funeral care is an extremely good company but it does have shortcomings.

All went well, except that I was told nobody needed to wear Covid masks. On the day of the funeral I was told this was an error & we had to mask up in the cars, leaving me scrambling to find enough masks for all. Thankfully I had some. When we got to the crematorium at Pleasington, we were then told that we do not need to wear masks & to be honest, whatever the rules were, everybody seemed to be making their own decisions, which was fine by me.

We could not have asked for better. Throughout the whole process from my father in law being collected to his final farewell, the care, thoughtfulness and dignity with which we and my father in law were treated was second to non.
We were offered so much support and nothing was too much trouble.
