We took the unusual step of officiating at the ceremony and the Funeral Director was so supportive, encouraging and relaxed on the day, which gave us confidence and the whole process ran very smoothly.

I cannot commend highly enough the service received from the whole team at Co.op Funeral Care in Darwen. In particular I wish to say that Aime McDonald was a God send and I cannot thank her enough for the kind, sensitive and professional way in which she dealt with the arrangements for my mother's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble for Aime and she was across every situation right up until the day of the funeral itself. Bless you Aime.
