The professional collection of our love one was excellent. The  staff and procedure at the funeral parlour went beyond  our high expectations.  There was no hard sell and we felt the process was very dignified. The day of the funeral went without any problems and was a credit to the funeral director.  It was just unfortunate that only a single limousine was available, technically a six passenger vehicle but it was really suitable for four.

The service I received was excellent from start to finish. During the initial arrangements, Keris, the Funeral Arranger, was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate and made a difficult time more bearable. I was guided through the services available and was made fully aware of the costs involved, nothing was too much trouble. I was able to personalise the funeral and the Funeral Director and Bearers wore yellow ties on the day of the funeral which was Mum's favourite colour. All the mourners said that it was a lovely funeral. I am very grateful to Whitstable Funeralcare and would highly recommend them.
