A superb sympathetic and professional personable service from start to finish. Debbie organised everything beautifully as she listened and heard our voice. Anita, FD on the day, was exemplary, checked the day before the service to tweak everything and was just amazing on the day itself. I felt Mum was really looked after with devoted care by the whole team, including the fabulous Sam who conducted the celebration of Mum's life.

Debbie was very helpful and had everything organised. Darren rang me the night before  the funeral and confirmed everything and everything was correct. On the day of the funeral everything went to plan and on time I can’t thank you all enough for making the day run smoothly and making it that little bit easier for us all

I was a bit daunted having to arrange my first funeral especially as  we had never properly discussed what mum wanted. Debbie was so good - she spent time gently probing and helping me to make decisions. The end result was lovely - a real celebration of mums life and so many people commented how lovely and uplifting the service was. Maria Arnold Lee was also brilliant.

I felt forgotten about. I had no reminders about things as promised and I felt the lady who dealt with me was unprofessional. It wasn’t good enough . 
The funeral bearers and drivers were excellent as was the minister.
