The Co-Op were everything you expect when arranging a funeral. Debbie who arranged everything for us was excellent very efficient and friendly she made the whole process easy for us and her compassion and sense of humour made it a pleasure to deal with her at such a difficult time. The Minister we had (Sam) was also truly wonderful and on the day the whole process went smoothly and was very personal. I cannot recommend Co-Op enough for the loss of a loved one they were excellent.

Very nice people both at the office and for Mum's funeral itself. Freddie and his team were both professional and reassuring on the day with attention to detail.

A couple of things to point out which may be helpful for others is that Mum's middle name has been incorrect on three occasions including on this review. it is Margaret and it's a shame as I had highlighted this mistake.

The other point to make is that an invoice arrived on the day of Mum's funeral which was a little insensitive.

otherwise a very good service.
