Anne and her team at West Wickham were absolutely wonderful. Every aspect of Mum’s passing was treated with the upmost care and respect. 
I could not recommend them more highly, a lovely team making a difficult time so much easier to deal with.

I was so very impressed with the empathetic and very professional way my husbands funeral arrangements were dealt with by your company which helped make a very difficult time that much easier to cope with. I must mention Debbie in particular who was amazing and so very kind and thoughtful. Everything seemed to flow beautifully and nothing was too much trouble for her and on the occasion we met Anne, she too was so helpful. 
The celebrant, Maria, chosen was incredible and eulogy was perfect .
Dean telephoned me the day before the funeral and explained what would be happening on the day which really helped us all . He and his team were so courteous and professional.
I would not hesitate in recommending  Co-op Funeralcare.
Once again, a big thank you to Debbie and the team. You were incredible.

Although it is always difficult to deal with the death of a loved one, I cannot fault the care and compassion shown to my family by the Team at West Wickham. Of special note is Debbie, who is the font of all knowledge and experience. She always made time for us and explained what was happening and the timelines, she showef eimmense empathy and professionalism. Debbie ensured that my beloved Sister was dressed and presented exactly as we wished to remember her in her stunning white coffin. She helped us to select the correct version of the Hymns for the Crematorium and explained everything step by step, including how we got flowers and wreaths to the care team. This is the second time that we have dealt with Debbie, as she supported us during the passing of my Father at the height of Covid in 2020. Additionally the Funeral cars and Procession was organised by the amazing young funeral Director, Rhian. She was military in her conduct and organisation, but also kind and caring. She impressed us all and was a little dynamo. Overall, the West Wickham Team made a sad occasion uplifting, trouble free and celebratory. I want to commend Debbie to her manager, Blue for her outstanding service. Many thanks to you all. Josey A

From the very first phone call Debbie made the whole process so easy in a very difficult time. From picking pictures and music to arranging flowers and the funeral service everything was met with kindness and understanding and nothing was too much trouble.
