Beautiful coffin. Just the right pictures (aviation - my husband was a pilot)! The gentleman, Dan, was very thoughtful and non-pushy.  He looked after us, guidon The flus from our cars to the Waiting Room and gave us TIME in the Chapel to reflect after the service.
It was well organised and thoughtfully handled.

From the very moment we asked Viner & Sons to take care of my father and all the funeral arrangements we knew we had made the right decision. 
The ultimate professionals led by the incredibly caring empathetic director and conductor Nathan and arranger Clare. We felt truly supported and looked after every step along the way of this difficult time. Everything was explained carefully without any pressure. Nothing was too much trouble and always available to answer questions  On the funeral day itself all the Viners’ representatives were immaculately presented and punctual. The provided limos were spotless. The whole day was seamless. They effortlessly and gently guided us through the day making sure everything was just perfect. Thank you Nathan, Clare and all the team for making a very difficult time as good as it possibly could be. 
You gave my father the best possible send off for which I will be forever grateful.
