Viners have now directed both my Mother's, and more latterly, my Father's funerals.

It's simple....

Both my parents deserve the best.

Both deserve quality, dignity, compassion, substance and the symbolism of real tradition.

Quite simply put, Viners fulfilled all of this and so very much more.

I can only say that I simply could not fault Viners in anyway whatsoever.

From the initial conversation to the final 'Thank You', Viners live up to and exceeded any and all rational expectations

I do not seek to repeat such an event soon, but I wholeheartedly guarantee that when required, the Directorship will be handed to Viners.

Indeed that will include arrangements for my own final and greatest of days

My siblings and I are once again indebted to Viners.

I wish I could name the team individually..... However my memory doesn't allow me to, so (in honesty) I suggest that you just call them.

Nathan, Kerrie and the ENTIRE team will singularly NOT disappoint.

Unfortunately, due to the sad circumstances surrounding a funeral, this is the second time I have used Viner & Sons. I have been delighted with everything they have helped us with. Nothing has been any trouble, they have been sympathetic and proactive at every point. I hope I don't have to use them for a very long time....but if I need to Viner & Sons would be my funeral directors of choice.

It was very difficult to arrange the funeral at such a distance (I was in Wales) but Kerrie, Claire and Damion provided a very supportive and helpful service. They listened to my concerns and were patient and kind. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Kerrie at Viners was excellent at helping us plan our Uncle's funeral. When we took personal items for him to take with him, Kerrie was thoughtful and patient as we explained why each item was special to my Uncle.

At a time of losing someone so very close to us, Viner and Sons helped us see through the fog of grief and the emotional rollercoaster to be able to arrange the funeral. Their personal and professional support led us to what can only be described as a class 1 send off.  From the initial looking after our loved one, the advice and options that were available right through to the actual funeral was staggeringly impressive and detailed. The courtesy and respect from all of the team is so very fine tuned, the funeral day itself was seamless and without any issues. I will highly recommend Viner and sons in that certain time of need without any hesitation.

For a difficult position to be in, the team ay West Malling were really supportive. They couldn't have been more supportive and made the day go so smoothly.
