Debbie was so helpful, supportive and guided us with arranging the send off my amazing dad deserved.  It didn’t matter how silly I thought the question may be .  I knew Debbie wouldn’t think it was and was so helpful. Even the times I rang and Debbie wasn’t available immediately the other staff were equally as helpful and professional. 
On the day the team helping were reassuring.  Lorna  Talked us through what would happen step by step. They were professional and dignified.
My dad’s send off was exactly how we wanted.

My family have always used Viner and sons since I can remember
So when I lost my loving husband just before Christmas it was only right he went there 
From the time they came to the house to get him to the day of the funeral, they were so respectful and kind
I wanted a vintage hurst they were more than happy and dressed it with flowers smashingly on the day 
I never want to have to use them again but if I do it will be without a second thought 
First class team 
Thank you for looking after my Mr Christmas even had two little Christmas trees on his name plate on chapel

Jack, Funeral Conductor, was amazingly kind and respectful. I felt like he really cared, there was no rushing at any time. Then we found that our driver was just as respectful, friendly without intruding on our grief. All in our family remarked on how nice your staff were and again that word 'respectful' was said many times. THANK YOU

I cannot thank all the staff involved in this whole process!
Everyone was approachable, kind, polite and put both my daughter & myself at ease at this difficult time.
Everything went along as planned, the staff that handled my husband for the service itself cannot be faulted, they truly were fantastic, professional and sensitive.
Our driver was approachable and the family in the care were comforted by the conversation held.
Viner & Sons have been absolutely impeccable.
The family have used the services of Viner & Sons for all of our losses that we have had over the years and we have always been very impressed with the hard work that everyone as a team put into making sure everything goes smoothly!

A big thank you to all the staff at Viners, who were helpful and made planning the day easy. The day went well, all according to plan. The hearse was sparkling clean and the flowers looked stunning (Kings Hill Flowers) on the coffin. The driver and other staff at the crematorium were courteous and kind and the visual tribute put together by Jo displayed our pictures well. The most helpful and inspiring person was Justine, the celebrant, who according to our wishes, put together the best service, just what we wanted - a true celebration of a wonderful life of 93 years.

As with my Dad's funeral in 2018, Viner's have been fantastic throughout my Mother's passing to the funeral and beyond. From the moment we first rang them to the funeral, nothing was too much effort and they 'walked us sensitively' through the whole process.
Nothing will take away the pain but Viner's certainly helped ease the pain and Mum is now with Dad!!

Our experience with Viners was amazing. From the moment they picked Mum up from our house, to the last moment we saw the team at the funeral there was nothing we could fault. They were kind, thoughtful, caring and highly professional throughout the planning and on the day of the funeral.... always making us feel looked after and centre, and going out of their way to make things exactly as we felt they should be. They suggested things we wouldn't necessarily have thought of, and gave us flexibility and time to make decisions. The lovely team contributed to a warm, joyful and incredibly memorable celebration of life. Impeccable presence on the day of the funeral. I would highly recommend Viners.

Viners were superb in every respect.
My late aunts aunts service was conducted in a very professional and respectful manner.

From the 1st meeting with Lana & Jo the organising of Mums funeral was second to none. I don’t know what else they could have done. They were brilliant, so understanding, and nothing was a problem for them. They were like  family !! Thank you so very much for everything. Xx

From the moment I met with Jo and Lana I was put at my ease. We had a very good conversation, the details of the cremation were agreed. They organised the video link and the order of service. I was always kept informed.
On the day of the cremation they were, humble, gracious and understanding. The whole event was well managed. I could not fault them. I would recommend Viners to anyone at this sad time in our lives

who I honestly can't thank enough.
