Henry Paul were so caring helpful and considerate. From arranging our late mum Dorothy Hicks funeral with Millie and the actual funeral. They kept us informed and checked with us everything was as we wanted every step of the way. Such respectful people to feel they care was so uplifting on such a sad day So thank you so much at Henry Paul. From all Dorothy's family.

Henry Paul couldn't have been more supportive throughout the difficult process of organising our mum's funeral. They made sure we knew what needed to be done and when, guided us through the decisions which needed to be made along the way and their communication throughout was excellent. They did all this with compassion and understanding and their fantastic service continued on the day of the funeral, where all of the extra marks of respect shown by the pall beavering team at each stage of the process truly touched our hearts. To say they were excellent is understatement,It was one of the saddest days of my life ,they were kind, thoughtfully and provided us with peace of mind on such a sad time.I can not fault them at all.We dealt with southborough and all staff were so sensitive and helpfull.My Dad Mr Phillip Saunders had his last journey from their Pembury branch all staff there were also kind and sensitive,
