The girl's at the Tunbridge Wells branch have gone over and above the prepaid funeral plan and been so helpful as I could not attend the service they took care of my requests. I understand from family that it was a very good Cremation and can say COOP will be getting my business nearer my time!

Very helpful staff who talked me through the whole procedure, carried out all the necessary paperwork and provided excellent advice on what I needed to do.
Having never had to deal with this before they made everything very easy and straightforward; a great help at such a difficult time

The staff at Tunbridge Wells are excellent, however, I do have a problem with Your Company charging a massive cancellation fee on the original plan that I had taken out for my mum.
Just because we no longer required the service originally chosen, mainly because of Covid. Particularly as we still engaged your company to conduct the funeral cremation. I could understand a bit if we had taken our business to another company and you had charged us but we didn't. Even if you had charged a little bit for handling fees for the different funeral that would have been more acceptable
I also think that being charged £100 for a courier to transport her ashes is ridiculous. I can understand that some clients may prefer that but please give us a choice on how we receive our loved ones ashes.
I feel that you are 'playing' with emotions and not everyone can speak up with an opinion at a difficult time.
