Co-op Funeralcare, Tunbridge Wells have been so helpful and understanding regarding my rather unusual circumstance of me being in South Africa at the time of my mum's passing. The team were knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate. They kept me up to date every step of the way. I am forever grateful that they helped to make this time less traumatic by making the process of doing the admin and planning much more simple and straightforward.

This enabled myself and the family to give my Mum the beautiful send off she deserved.

The Co-op team has been faultless in their organisation of our mother's funeral. They have been responsive, tactful, sympathetic, thoughtful and efficient, from the moment we first made contact all the way through the process and including the office staff, the funeral director and pallbearers at the service, and the celebrant they found for us. This is the second time we have used them in recent years (the Tunbridge Wells office on this occasion and the Maidstone office previously) and we would not hesitate to highly recommend them.

I am very grateful for the time and effort Laura and her team put into ensuring my dad's funeral went so well. From the time of our first conversation to the last minute changes I appreciated her empathy, her professionalism and her ability to second guess all the elements we would want for the service and ensure it all came together without any stress or regrets. In particular I would like to thank Shelley for pulling together the order of service. The photo montage was enjoyed by everyone and providing the webcast meant that family members and friends who were unable to get to the service felt part of it. We would like to thank the celebrant - Diane Wilcox for providing a sensitive and colourful biography of my father, which everyone enjoyed. The drivers on the day were very kind and thoughtful, particularly to my mother who is frail and who they treated like a queen. I would not hesitate to recommend the Co-Op service for anyone in future and that is because of your excellent team.

I can’t recommend the team at Co-op Funeral Care Tunbridge Wells highly enough. From my very first contact with them over the phone they gave me a feeling that they took great pride in making sure every little detail was taken care of so that I had as stress free a time possible on the lead up to the day. They kept in regular contact to let me know how all the organisation was going and left no stone unturned trying to find a copy of a specific track I wanted to be played during the service. It’s such an awful thing to have to do organising a loved ones funeral but they made it as easy as they possibly could for me. I am truly grateful that I chose them to take care of all the arrangements.
