We were very happy with the funeral services provided by Co-op Funeralcare Tunbridge Wells. The staff guided us through every step of the process and answered all our questions. On the day, the ceremony went smoothly and was a fitting tribute to Mum. Highly recommended.

The funeral for Peter went very well, in the lovely chapel in Tunbridge Wells. The staff were on time and very friendly and allowed us time to proceed as we wished. The staff in the office were also very helpful. My only issue was that we were looking for a simple and inexpensive Essential Funeral but told that if we wanted to choose a date and time we needed a Tailored funeral. However we then got very little choice at all for the extra money. On the day there was no funeral either before us or after us at the Chapel which would indicate that other times were actually available.

the ladies were very helpful from start to finish, they were kind and compassionate and made me feel comfortable in a time that was very hard for me. i would 100% recommend co-op again and will use again in the future when the unfortunate time comes.
