I used Henry Paul for my mums funeral 5 years ago and the service was impeccable so we used them for my Dad’s,  last week. The standards at Henry Paul have remained as high as ever, and at every stage they were professional and friendly and completely understanding of any changes that needed to be made. 
They made a truly awful time so much easier to navigate, and really helped relieve some of the stress. I cannot thank them enough, and would absolutely recommend their services.

Both my parents passed away within two weeks of each other and Henry Paul helped us through a difficult time with the upmost curtesy and kindness. The double funeral went without a hitch and their help helped mum and dad reach their resting place as they would have wanted .

The funeral itself on the day and the care by Conner and the team was excellent. Unfortunately the administration prior was poor.
The office was communicating via email alas they miss typed the email address, therefore we went two weeks with no communication at all and nobody from Henry Paul thought that they would call to chase up why there was no response from the family. This resulted in a tight deadline of submission of information for photos and order of service which we were not prepared for.

With the exception of this aspect the team at Henry Paul were professional, caring and delivered all aspects necessary with a high standard.

Right from the start Millie was welcoming, caring, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, and helped us through the process from start to finish.

As a family going through the most difficult time of our lives we cant thank the team at Henry Paul Funerals enough. From the moment they arrived to take our mum we knew she and we were in good hands. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was seamless and their friendly, personal touch meant everything to us. All handled v smoothly and efficiently. Our only issue was with the volume of the 'background' music in the service, which drowned out the tribute - but that was maybe not under HPF's control.

I can't thank Henry Paul Services and there staff enough. They were fantastic - from the moment they respectfully took Dad away the day he died, to supporting us all with the Funeral arrangements and Dad final send off following the Church service. We are deeply saddened by our loss, however there kindness and support was a great help during this time.
