The personal touches to the service were well worth the money. Everyone was very sympathetic throughout the process. The only negative was being told a little too much information about the state of the body unnecessarily. It would have been better to have started the conversation with "does anyone want to have a viewing?" rather than explaining to me why a viewing would be difficult. Other than that the service went smoothly and we were very satisfied. The celebrant they recommended was excellent.

Pauline and Lisa (Tonbridge branch) were very helpful and caring. Dave and his team at the crematorium were also excellent. 
Bridget Salmon gave a very thoughtful and kind service.

Overall everything went smoothly in difficult circumstances,thanks to the team.

Some time ago I purchased a funeral plan for my wife's funeral which unfortunately has now taken place. Purchasing this plan was easy and I knew exactly what was covered. In the event everything went very smoothly and exactly according to plan.
All staff were engaging and easy to deal with.
In summary I could not ask for more and I send my thanks to all concerned.

The staff at the co-op were wonderful and so helpful at guiding me through the process. All their recommendations were spot on . The venue at Bluebell cemetery was lovely and everyone at the service commented favourably on it. Also the celebrant Pauline was fantastic she helped me put together the service and delivered it so well. I can’t praise them enough they helped me through such a very difficult time after the loss of my mother.

The Tonbridge team are empathetic, thoughtful, organised and efficient and work together seamlessly.  They take time to listen, really listen to your needs.   This is the second family funeral I’ve used them for and would highly recommend them.

Our Mother passed away sooner than expect before any funeral had been arranged. Co-op was very helpful and supportive within an hour of her death at home, and by early afternoon had taken Mum into their care.
We followed our Mother's wishes and went for a Direct Cremation when we visited their store the following day. They respected that we all wanted absolutely no fuss, and were most considerate and certainly no sales technics used. Just the manditor paper work. This was what we had hoped for and would definitely recommend the staff and firm.

Losing our dad was devastating, the staff at Tonbridge funeral care - Pauline, Lisa and Dave - were very supportive and caring. They made organising dad’s funeral easy and guided us through all aspects of this heartbreaking process. They found a wonderful celebrant for the service when the local priest was unavailable. I cannot praise the team at Tonbridge highly enough. Even after the service they still contacted us to check we were ok and offered support if we wanted it. Pauline and Lisa could not have been more helpful, and , despite being hundreds of miles from Tonbridge, at no time, did I ever feel I was dealing with a remote office. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them, and what could have made a difficult time worse, was dealt with professionally and with compassion at all times.
