This was all quite stressful happening over Christmas and New Year, and particularly as I had no previous experience of this and everything had to be arranged long distance. David Medcalfe was very calming and helped me through it all. On the day everything went very well, with more people than expected, and it was nice to have a warm waiting room and meet people I had only spoken to on the phone. Altogether, I was very happy with the service and being able to visit my local branch to sign all the documents and I didn't have to worry about doing everything online.

When you lose a loved one it is so nice to be able to talk to someone who is very kind and also very helpful with helping with arrangements for the funeral

Co-Op Funeralcare Tonbridge arranged the funeral in accordance with my brother's wishes and we were kept fully informed throughout the process. I would like to think that we gave my brother a good "send off" and Co-Op Funeralcare Tonbridge must take credit for that.

Very helpful and supportive through the difficult time of losing my mum. All at the Co-Op funeral care service in Tonbridge were kind and thoughtful at all times and took into careful consideration everything that we needed doing and on the day of the funeral were so caring towards the children and my wife and I and just made the whole experience much easier to deal with.
