Graham, Shelley and Ronaldo did an excellent job caring for us throughout the process. They made things easy, facilitated our needs and collectively made sure our father had the best possible send-off, with the minimum fuss and difficulty. The funeral service was just as we wished for and we were really grateful for the the assistance with the photo montage and the video streaming. We are hugely thankful for their support.

We were very pleased with service provided by Co op nothing was to much trouble.
We had a direct cremation and everything was handled with care and efficiency.
Nothing was too much trouble.
We are just waiting now for mum to be returned to ys so we can have our own private memorial.
We would like to thank everybody at the Tonbridge office for all their help and understanding in this difficult time

The Co-op were brilliant in all areas.  Kept us informed all the way along and were very respectful.  
The only hiccup was dealing with two branches at once and each thought the other had arranged to collect my friends body from the hospital.  But it was sorted immediately.
I would definitely use again.

At a very difficult time, David and the rest of the team at Co op were great. I found everything to be handled with respect and dignity and we were treated sympathetically but also in a way that allowed us to be as calm and clear thinking as possible in the circumstances. My queries were always answered promptly and clearly. My dad was a co op member, hence our choice for his funeral, and I am now certain that we made the right choice.
