We were so happy a neighbour recommended us to your family Business. We were always treated in a kind and courteous way and given extremely good Service. We would always use you in the future, even though we live in Hartley. Kathryn the Life Celebrant was wonderful and have already recommended her to someone. We were a little disappointed that no wheelchair was provided for my mother after this was discussed with T. Allen. Also, getting one of the music tracks wrong during the service was a little upsetting.

I can't thank them enough, from the first contact to set up the funeral plans to the funeral itself they have been professional but with a great deal of compassion and caring, the celebrant they put me in contact with was excellent, what was a very emotional day worked really well. From the day my Sister and I went into your strood funeral parlour we were treated with the utmost respect and the young girl put us at ease , When my Wife and I came to see mum in the chapel of rest the lady helped us through what was an emotional time, On the day of the funeral the leading young man kept me upto date with everything that would happen and the rest of the team looked after us all impeccably. Right from the start, Terry Allen Funeral Service gave us a great impression.
