It is a sad and stressful time when you loose a loved one. Like many, we didnt know where to start planning a funeral for our lovely Dad. T Allen have been very professional throught our dealings with them. Everyone we spoke to was empathetic, kind, calm and very helpful throughout. On the day of the service, they handled everything for us in a way that allowed us to concentrate on the service and remembering our Dad. We really couldnt ask for more. Thank you.

Glenys was very kind and compassionate to me and my wife when we visited your Strood office to arrange my Mother's funeral. She kept us informed with the arrangements.

The respect they showed to my late Dad and the family demonstrated a depth of understanding of the pain the family is enduring. From the initial point of contact until completion of the day itself, the staff were compassionate, understanding and unbelievably professional. They would ring to make sure we were okay during the build up to the day, helped with other contacts and on the day itself even called to let us know the flowers etc had all arrived. The staff who made up the funeral procession were kind, extremely courteous and respectful.
