We couldn't really ask for any more than the service we received from T. Allen's arranging my father's funeral. Everything ran really smoothly, from the initial contact and making provisional arrangements through to the day itself. Highly recommended.

From initial meeting to discuss our dearest mum’s funeral to event leading to the funeral and on the day itself, the Team at T.Allen (Strood) were amazing. They took away the stress at such a sad time and nothing was too much trouble.
The respect they should our mum was truly special and the day went so smoothly with Mark and his Team being on hand for to ensure the funeral one mum would have been proud of.

We have used Terry Allen since their firm was founded in 1995, all of our family funerals have been handled by them and the personal touch of a family firm cannot be matched by large chains.
We run a floristry business and deal with all the local funeral directors, so we see a bigger picture than most clients, the other local firms provide a professional service but lack the warmth and also the flexibility of dealing with people who are personally involved in their company.

It is a sad and stressful time when you loose a loved one. Like many, we didnt know where to start planning a funeral for our lovely Dad. T Allen have been very professional throught our dealings with them. Everyone we spoke to was empathetic, kind, calm and very helpful throughout. On the day of the service, they handled everything for us in a way that allowed us to concentrate on the service and remembering our Dad. We really couldnt ask for more. Thank you.
