We dealt with Kelly Trosh and she was extremely professional, and made everything so easy for us. She was absolutely fantastic on the day and made sure we were ok. I would highly recommend the Co-Op and especially Kelly.

Embalming was terrible. Did not look at all like her. Was advised no extra charge for embalming but emailed day before funeral £125. Dealt with 4 different people whilst at funeral home. Order of service proof read initially sent blank and wrong. Written and verbal correspondence wrong or misleading and found at time no compassion. Celebrant service awful, called my brother by the wrong name, no choir for hymn, even though this was confirmed, music in wrong order and then service skipped. Coffin chipped and reported over 2 weeks before funeral but Coffin still chipped on day. Miss informed on ashes collection date. Unable to collect Co op points for charges and payment made.

From beginning of the arranging funeral the whole experience was not very professional. The funeral on the day was very good and staff were very helpful.Lots of things were wrong and unfortunately have always used this company but will no longer.

My sister and I lost our mum and decided to use Co-op funeral care which turned out to be the best decision. Penny at your Sittingbourne branch was amazing. We had never organised a funeral before and we were in shock as mum passed very suddenly. Penny had such a friendly and gentle way about her, that it made all the decisions you have to make so much easier. She is very professional and nothing was too much trouble. She was always at the end of a phone and was very quick in responding to emails. She truly is an asset to your business. We would definitely use Co-op funeral care again.
