I would highly recommend Bournes.

Planning a funeral can be daunting and upsetting but Ben and the team at Bournes made the process run very smoothly. They went above and beyond to make what is a difficult time, as easy as possible for my family.

On the day of the funeral the guys were professional and compassionate.

Hopefully I won't need to use a funeral director again anytime soon but when I do I wouldn't go anywhere else.

From the moment I first phoned Bournes they put me at my ease and made a very difficult situation much more bearable. The whole team was so kind and caring and nothing was too much trouble. Whilst arranging a funeral can hardly be described as a pleasant experience, Bournes certainly make it as painless as possible. Ben is the consummate professional who takes such great care to provide the best possible farewell anyone could have and goes out of his way to accommodate any request you may have and to provide help and support in any way he can.
I could not have asked for anything more from them, they are simply faultless. My thanks also to Catherine for her kind conversations and to Cindy for making my nan look her absolute best.
You are all so wonderful and though I wish nobody to go through the anguish of losing someone they hold dear, when that time sadly comes, I wholeheartedly believe there is nowhere better to provide that memorial which your loved one deserves.
