Arranging a funeral in these unprecedented times was really difficult but nothing was too much trouble for Bournes.
Everyone there was friendly and very professional throughout the whole process.

Whilst arranging a funeral can hardly be described as a pleasant experience, Bournes certainly make it as painless as possible. Ben is the consummate professional who takes such great care to provide the best possible farewell anyone could have and goes out of his way to accommodate any request you may have and to provide help and support in any way he can.
I could not have asked for anything more from them, they are simply faultless. My thanks also to Catherine for her kind conversations and to Cindy for making my nan look her absolute best.
You are all so wonderful and though I wish nobody to go through the anguish of losing someone they hold dear, when that time sadly comes, I wholeheartedly believe there is nowhere better to provide that memorial which your loved one deserves.

We dealt with haley mostly all i can say is thankyou for your kindness, patience, help and understanding at what was a very difficult time. Once we had decided on bournes it felt like a giant weight had been lifted and nothing felt like too much touble. On the day of the funeral i was very impressed with the pride and professionalism they showed it was very much appreciated by all the family. Will definitely use bounes again in the future hopefully not to soon though... THANKYOU....
