Nothing was too much trouble and they were all so professional and caring, and it was really appreciated that Catherine took the time to sit and listen and let me chat on about my late mum. I cannot fault the service provided by all the team at Bournes from the arrangements beforehand by the ladies in the office to Ben and the team on the day.
They completely understood our needs and requirements and we never felt rushed. They listened and made helpful suggestions. They guided and supported us from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble.

Arranging a funeral during COVID Is difficult and daunting and Bournes could not have been more helpful and understanding.

I would highly recommend Bournes.

Planning a funeral can be daunting and upsetting but Ben and the team at Bournes made the process run very smoothly. They went above and beyond to make what is a difficult time, as easy as possible for my family.

On the day of the funeral the guys were professional and compassionate.

Hopefully I won't need to use a funeral director again anytime soon but when I do I wouldn't go anywhere else.
