I have no words to describe how wonderful the service is at Bourne’s. From the first initial phone call to being dropped at the wake it has been completely stress free. Nothing has been too much trouble for any of the staff & I can say hand on heart that my dad was very well taken care of.

We couldn’t fault the service that Bourne’s provided throughout. After the shock passing of beloved family member, Bourne’s were very sensitive but attentive to the type of funeral we wanted to celebrate the life of our family member. They were always on hand to answer any questions we had before and after the funeral and ensured that everything was arranged and sorted for the day of the funeral. Flower arrangements on the coffin were perfect and they managed to capture the personality of our family member. The passing of loved family member is heartbreakingly difficult to face, but Bourne’s made it that little easier to face. I cannot thank them all enough.

This is the second time we have, as a family, used Bournes and could not recommend them enough. They not only made sure the day went as smoothly as possible they went one step further, embracing the pink theme of the funeral and offering so much support in the lead up to the day. As a company they really do care and respect the deceased and the family that are left behind and it makes a terrible time that little bit easier to deal with.
5 stars doesn’t really say how good they are as a company.

I would highly recommend Bournes Funeral services, Ben and all the staff was outstanding, they looked after my mum so well after she passed away, the staff made sure everything was done to every little detail with what we wanted , they were so kind , professional, couldn’t have wished for a better company, nothing was to much trouble for them. Also wanted to mention Jenny hall for doing my mum’s service, she also was first class so kind & thoughtful in a difficult time. Once again have to thank Bournes again for her services.
