Barbara was my Mum and having never experienced a very close relative dying I wasn't sure what to expect when it came to organising everything. I have to say that from the day we called Bournes to the day of the funeral they were very caring and attentive. My Dad and all the family felt very supported at all times.

Sadly we all have to go through this process at some point in our lives but I would certainly recommend Bournes, you will be in safe, caring hands.

Extremely happy with everything Bournes did for our family. They were always at the end of the phone to deal with every query we had, explaining how it all worked. They showed the utmost respect and sympathy to us all, nothing was too much trouble. The professionalism and respect shown to my late husband on the funeral day was outstanding, making an extremely difficult day more bearable. I cannot praise them enough.

Bournes were very respectful and thoughtful providing our family with care and advice at a difficult time. The service was arranged very sensitively with professional staff operating the vehicles from the family home to the crematorium.
Catherine in the funeral directors kept us informed and looked after everything we asked for. Highly recommended and thank you for your kindness.

Bournes were amazing with my Dad's funeral. Everything ran smoothly and the help we received was greatly appreciated. Bournes wasnt our local Funeral Directors but so glad we chose to use them.
