The funeral itself was exactly as requested and went off without any hitches.
Admin. were happy to answer any questions I had, and responded very quickly.

T. Allen were at all times helpful, sympathetic, respectful and great at communicating at a time when we weren't exactly thinking clearly.

When they picked us up to take us to the crematorium they went the extra mile (literally) taking us through the villages to avoid an accident (the office had been in touch to inform them of the accident). So they were on the ball as well.

Having gone with another funeral service provider initially but been unhappy with their service, I contacted T. J Allen and they could not have been anymore respectful, helpful and supportive. They dealt directly with the other service provider to relieve the pressure from me, keeping me informed the whole time. The support and guidance offered by themselves is second to none. I am so grateful to them and their support at such a difficult time.

We buried our Dear Beloved Mum/Wife on the 20th May. I would like to say it was a Gold Star Service from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend T. Allen to anyone they are caring and they will go above and beyond to make sure all your wishes are met. There staff are truly professional and we weregreeted by a beautiful smile when Viewing our Mum/Wife. Limo Drivers were spot on as well. Their Chapel of Rest was beautiful with soothing music playing in the back ground making you feel comfortable when visiting your beloved.

I chose T Allen because they looked after my Dad at his funeral. Again with my Mum ,from the moment they came to the house to collect Mum they showed, kindness and consideration for our feelings and Mums, they answered all my panicking questions calmly and thoughtfully, they gave us time to think and mourn Mums death without any pressure. The service we have received from T Allen from start to finish has been amazing, the empathy and knowledge they have has made our dad's final journey the best it could be. Scott Lowe, the celebrant, was amazing and the way he conducted the service, bought our dads spirit out during the service.

From start to finish, T Allen handled Dad’s funeral with respect and sensitivity. Communication was excellent at the planning stage, and the pall bearers and conductor were kind and friendly on the day. (Thank you to them for wearing the Gillingham FC ties for Dad!) 
The media company, Obitus, which T Allen use to produce the music, photo tribute and video was also very professional. 
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

At a time when we were at our lowest all the staff at T Allens were extremely kind understanding and patient with us, They were never in a rush, could not do enough to support us and made organising my Dads funeral as simple as it could have been. We were never put under pressure to make decisions and from start to finish everything ran smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to all the staff there for supporting us through this difficult time
